We're sorry to have to report that our server was offline from 05:10:05 this morning until 08:06:39 so if you were trying to browse our walks or plan your own walk using our GPS mapping app you would have been out of luck.
This was down to a network switch which failed and we installed a replacement as soon as we realised what had happened so everything is now back online.
Not the ideal way to start the day and apologies to anyone who was inconvenienced.
WalkLakes recognises that hill walking, or walking in the mountains, is an activity with a danger of personal injury or death.
